First and foremost, brush and floss regularly to prevent stain buildup. You can also brush or rinse your mouth after drinking a beverage like coffee or tea which may stain your teeth. Also, using a straw when drinking these beverages will help prevent stain buildup as the liquids will not come in contact with your teeth.
