Dental implant treatment involves two parts: the placement surgery and the restoration. Placement involves Dr. Kella surgically inserting an implant into your jaw, and after this is complete you will be given about 3-6 months to heal. Once your mouth is completely healed, you'll come back for your restoration appointment, where your false tooth will be permanently attached to your implant. Though treatment only takes 2-4 appointments, the entire process spans the length of about 6 months. However, once treatment is complete, your implant can last 30+ years!
